Senior Vice President - Treasury Services and Innovation

This position is part of the senior leadership of the bank and will encompass sales, management and development responsibilities.

The SVP-Treasury Services and Innovation will lead the firm's execution and capacity growth of treasury management services for existing and future clients. Vice President / Relationship Manager

We are seeking a qualified individual responsible for commercial lending. Duties include managing client relationships, make credit decisions and developing new business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of BS/BA in Business, Finance, or comparable degree
  • Experience in banking lending, accounting, finance preferred
  • 5-10 years experience in commercial banking required

Customer Service Representative / Banking Associate

We are seeking a qualified individual responsible for providing depository customer service to the Bank’s clients. The CSR will work directly with the Bank’s business and personal clients in the establishment and execution of banking activities including depository transactions, new accounts, on-line banking, bill pay, and other bank activities. Promotes bank products and services, makes referrals to the sales team, and provides efficient and quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two (2) years of public contact experience in a cash handling and customer sales/service position
  • Proficient customer service and referral skills and the ability to deal with the public enthusiastically and professionally
  • Ability to balance cash drawer and transactions to teller system, new accounts, wire activity, and other deposit operations duties as needed
  • Perform various clerical duties including answering phone, typing, filing and other duties as assigned
  • Computer literate; proficiency with teller systems and various banking operations systems
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing environment
  • Local San Francisco Bay Area Resident
