Current Customer and Not Yet Enrolled?

If you are a current customer and have not enrolled or signed in for the first time, don’t worry. 

For first time log-in, all you need to do is enter your social security number as your user ID and the password provided to you by the bank when you opened your account.  If you do not have your password, please email us or call us at 415-995-8100 and we’ll provide it.

The first time that you log-in, you will be asked to:

  1. Change your password.
  2. Accept our Internet banking disclosure
  3. Choose your own customized User ID, and
  4. Enroll in our Forgotten Password feature.  This is an optional service that allows you to reset your password in the event that you forget your password or become locked out due to failed login attempts. You are prompted to provide previously supplied answers to a set of validation questions.  If you answer successfully, you can update your password and gain access to Online Banking without having to contact the bank.
